Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes! Pay once and your plan is yours forever. No recurring charges, no surprise bills. If we release major new features in the future, existing customers get them at no extra cost.
What happens when I hit my transaction limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher tier. Your existing data is safe and you can continue viewing everything, but importing new transactions will require an upgrade.
How do AI categorizations work?
Our AI analyzes transaction descriptions, amounts, and patterns to automatically categorize your transactions. It learns from your corrections to improve accuracy over time.
What's the difference between BYOK and built-in AI?
With BYOK, you provide your own API key (Anthropic or OpenAI) and pay the AI provider directly. Built-in AI is managed by us and billed monthly at cost plus a small markup.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time from your settings. You'll pay the full price of the new tier — your existing transaction capacity is preserved and your new limit takes effect immediately.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure authentication. Your transaction data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
